Who is Paul Portelli? Paul Portelli is a specialist in retail design, merchandising and event coordination. He operated a gallery/sculptor studio in Warkworth, Ontario for 22 years. Paul works as a Visual Merchandiser, has authored articles on trends in visual merchandising and has appeared on television to speak on the topic.
