The office is located on the Ground Floor directly off the Ruth E. Dickinson Library parking lot (100 Malvern Drive).
Do not go into the library to access the office. (The doors to access the library are in the right-hand corner.)
The doors to Councilor Harder’s office are located directly outside of the library building opposite the parking lot. Her sign is above the door, but difficult to see.
